2. BASIC REQUIRMENTS FOR APPLICATION

1. Completed 12 years of standard school education

Academic ability is regarded as the equivalent of 12 years standard education

(If the term of study is shorter than 12 years because of the different education system, please inquire at the office before applying).

3. APPLICATION FEE: ¥20,000

6. APPLICATION PERIOD:

Spring course： September,1st of the previous year ～ November, 30^th

Autumn course ： March,1st of the same year ～ May,31th

※In the case that number of applicants is over the Enrollment limit, we may stop to accept for applying.

7. EXPENSES

1. Documents the applicant should prepare.

① Application for admission

*should be written by the applicant. Applicant can fill in it by P.C. But applicant should make the signature and the date on the form.

*Do not use abbreviation for the names of the schools, companies and addresses.

＊Passport: If you have passport, please submit the copy of passport page with passport number. If the applicant has come to Japan before, please fill in the date of arrival , and departure for each visiting. (Please submit the copies of passport page for arrival and departure appearing.)

②8 Photos (4cm x 3cm; The photos must be taken within 3 months.)

*Please write your name and date of birth on the back of each photo.

③Statement of reason for admission (Form-1)

*Please fill in the form. Applicant can fill in it by P.C. But applicant should make the signature and the date on the form

*Please write the specific reason in detail.

④Official graduation certificate, or the copy of the original diploma from the last educational institution.

*If you have a certification of bachelor’s degree, please submit the copy of it.

⑤Official transcript from the last educational institution

⑥Certificate of Japanese studying record.

Ａ.Please submit the certificate to prove the applicant has studies Japanese more than 200 hours.

Ｂ.Please submit one of the following things.

a） Result report of Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) above level N4.

b）

Result report of J · TEST above level E .

c） Result report of NAT test above level 4 , or same level of other Japanese test..

⑦The copy of ID card, student’s card, or others.

⑧Certificate of employment

*If the applicant has work experience, please provide certification of employment.

2. Documents required to the person who is in charge of the payment.

Please prepare the documents in case of A.B. or C.

Ａ) In case the applicant pays by himself/herself:

① The applicant's official bank statement

② The applicant’s certificate of income

③ The applicant’s certificate of Employment (Employment period is required.)

Ｂ) In case the financial sponsor makes overseas remittance

① Document explaining the reason for accepting responsibility as a sponsor (Form-2)

*The sponsor should fill in the document by him/herself.

(In case of using P.C. sponsor’s signature is necessary.)

*In case that the parents are not sponsor, please explain the relationship between the sponsor and the applicants and the reason for becoming a sponsor in detail.

② The financial sponsor's official bank statement

The required amount for studying in one year, is equivalent to about 2,000,000 JPN.

③ Document about financial sponsor’s certification of work experience

*In case of Employment: Employment letter or Certificate of work experience (with employment period)

*In case if Executive Officer: Public corporation registration license, and others.

*In case of own business: Business license, and others.

④ Document about financial sponsor’s income and tax payment

*Certificate of income or Tax for the last 3 years.

*Document issued by the government office or by the company.

⑤ Document about the relationship between the applicant and the financial sponsor.

*Resident certificate, the family register, or birth certificate might be useful.

Ｃ) In case the financial sponsor is residing in Japan:

① Document explaining the reason for accepting responsibility as a sponsor (Form-2)

* The sponsor should fill in the document by him/herself.

(In case of using P.C. sponsor’s signature is necessary.)

*In case that the parents are not sponsor, please explain the relation between the sponsor and the applicants and the reason for becoming a sponsor in detail.

② The financial sponsor's official bank statement

*In case of staying at contact person’s home,

The required amount for studying in one year, is equivalent to about 1,000,000 JPN

③ Document about the financial sponsor’s certification of income (past 3 years)

*Please submit one of the followings:

a) Certification of income issued by the public office. (Total income for a year must be stated.)

b) Copy of Final Return. (Kakutei Shinkokusho)

c) Copy of Withholding slip. (Gensen choushu hyou)

④ Document about financial sponsor’s certification of occupation.

⑤ Document about the relationship between the applicant and the financial sponsor

*Resident certificate, the family register, birth certificate, or relationship description might be useful.

⑥ In case the financial sponsor has Japanese citizenship, please submit Resident Certificate.

In case the financial sponsor has foreign citizenship , please submit Resident Certificate, or the copy of Resident card.

＊ CONTACT PERSON

It means the person who lives around KOBE, and who can support for applicant as guarantor of apartment

and so on. Not guarantor of tuition fee.

3. The document which needs to be filled by the contact person in Japan.

① Document of acceptance to become a contact person

Proceedings from the application to the entrance AJP

< In case of applying through a contact person in Japan ＞

Submit application form and other documents to AJP (Spring term : until the end of November ／ Autumn term : until the end of May）

*Please make an appointment before coming to AJP

And bring all necessary documents and the application fee ¥20,000.

Screening by AJP

Notification of acceptance

(Spring term : at the middle of December ／ Fall term : at the middle of June)

*If the applicant fails the screening, the application fee will not be paid back.

Enrollment fee submission

(Spring term : by the end of December ／ Fall term : by the end of June)

* The enrollment fee ( ¥100,000 ) will be paid by sponsor before the deadline date.

Issue of “Certification for Admission”

*After the enrollment fee is paid, “Certification for Admission” will be sent to the contact person.

Tuition payment

Application to the Japanese Immigration Office

*AJP will submit the documents to the Immigration Office in order to obtain “Certificate of Eligibility” .

*It takes about 3 months for Immigration screening.

Delivery of the “Certificate of Eligibility”

（ Spring term student：Early March／ Fall term student：Early September）

*After the screening of Immigration, “Certificate of Eligibility” will be issued to the AJP.

*AJP will hand “Certificate of Eligibility” to the contact person. Due to the importance of the document, please send it by registered mail to the applicant from the contact person.
